What do I do next?
Now you are ready to bring in your device at our drop off location in Irvine. (please scroll down this page to see our drop off location on the map and drop off hours).
What happens after I drop off my device for repair?
We will diagnose your device and email you a repair estimate for your review and approval usually within 1 to 2 business days.
After receiving your repair approval, we will start the repair process and order any parts that is required to repair your device and provide you with an ETA in the repair estimate ticket.
How do I pickup my device?
Once your device repair has been completed, you will receive an email to complete the invoice payment online with instructions on when to come by to pickup your device from out Irvine location during business hours.
In case you decline the repair estimate, you can pickup your device the next business day for no additional fee. In some rare situations we might need more than 1 business day to get your device ready for pickup!

Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturdays by appointment only!
Closed on Sundays & Holidays
For after hours drop offs please call PC Expert Services at 949-478-1502 for an apporintment!
How do I pay for repair services?
All payments are completed online which you can use your Credit Card or Debit Card to pay for deposits or repair invoices.
All payments are due before picking up your device. Sorry, we do not accept cash payments at this time. We do accept check payments for invoices that are $500 and up.
