After your submit your Drop Off form, please bring in your device to our Irvine office during drop off hours. After we receive your device, we will complete the diagnosis and get ready to email device repair estimate for your review and approval.

Approve Repair

We will provide a repair estimate by email for your review and approval. As soon as we have your repair approval, we will start with your repair.

Pickup Device

We will notify you as soon as your device repair is completed and you can securly complete the repair payment online and pick your device up at our Irvine location.
