We provide IT service to the following areas in South Orange County:
Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Rancho Santa Margarita, El Toro, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Tustin, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, and Newport Beach.
Where is your Drop Off Location?
PC Expert Services Drop Off location is at 7545 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92618. Please visit our CONTACT page for directions.
Do You Offer Free Estimates?
We provide FREE REPAIR ESTIMATES only for Laptops, Notebooks, Tablets and Smartphones.
Is the Repair done at your location?
Yes. All repairs are done at our location in Irvine.
Do you offer Estimates over the phone?
Yes. We can give estimates over the phone for most types of problems. However, there are some situations where we would need to run a through diagnosis prior to giving a quote. We will try to assist you as best as possible, when calling for a quote please have the make and model of the computer available.
Do You Service Apple Mac Products?
Yes we do. PC Expert Services is Apple Mac Certified. We provide certified repair services for Apple MacBooks, iMacs, Mac Pro, Mac Mini, iPad and iPhone in Irvine, Orange County.
What Form of Payments Do You Accept?
We accept Personal Checks, all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards. We also accept PayPal, Venmo and SquareUp.
How Long will take to Repair?
Most Hardware and Software repairs can be completed within 1 or 2 business days after we receive your repair approval. But sometimes some repairs can take longer based on parts availability.
Do you offer onsite visits?
Yes. We offer onsite IT Service at hourly rate. For more details please contact PC Expert Services.
Is my Data safe during Repairs?
In most cases you will not lose your data, the hard drive is a separate component from the rest of the computer and unless it has not been damaged your data is probably fine.
We highly recommend to have a valid data backup before your bring in your computer for repair, or we can provide a data backup for an additional fee pending if your data is accessible and your hard drive is in working condition.
