Is your remote support connection secure?
We use TeamViewer to connect remotely to your computer. TeamViewer traffic is secured using RSA public/private key exchange and AES (256-bit) session encryption. This technology is used in a comparable form for https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today’s standards.
Do I need to install Software on my computer?
Yes, we will need the TeamViewer installed on your computer in order to provide remote support. After downloading the software, the installation takes about a minute to complete. We can assist over the phone if you need help with the installation.

How long is a Remote Session?
A remote session starts when we connect to your computer and will take as much time as it is needed to repair or fix your computer. The remote session will end after we disconnect.
You will not be charged any additional fees if multiple login and logout’s are required to fix Windows software issues.
How much is one remote session?
We charge a fee of $59 for one session. The payment for each session is due before we start the session. You can click on the BOOK AN APPOINTMENT button to purchase a remote session securly online.
DO YOU SUPPORT APPLE MAC COMPUTERS?
Yes, we do. We can also provide remote support on any Apple Mac Computer, like MacBook’s, MacBook Pro’s, iMac, MacBook Air, etc.
WHAT IF THE SAME ISSUE COMES BACK AGAIN?
In case the same computer issue comes back again, we will attempt to fix it for no additional charge. We provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
