Yes, we will need the VNC Connect installed on your computer in order to provide remote computer support. After downloading the software, the installation takes less than a minute to complete. We can assist over the phone if you need help with the installation.

How long is one Remote Session?
A remote session starts when we connect to your computer and will take as much time as it is needed to repair or fix your computer. The remote session will end after we disconnect.
You will not be charged any additional fees if multiple login and logout’s are required to fix Windows software issues.
How much is one remote session?
We charge a fee of $79 for one remote session. The payment for each session is due before we start the remote session.

Yes, we do. We can also provide remote computer support on any Apple Mac Computer, like MacBook’s, MacBook Pro’s, iMac, MacBook Air, etc.
WHAT IF THE SAME ISSUE COMES BACK AGAIN?
